Great Tip! I'm going to look into that wink.gif

I got a plastic three pink roses. It's weird because that's the first time he gave me plastic roses. According to him, it represents his undying love. It won't die out through time. It's so sweet of him to think like that considering he's a quite type of guy.

Until now, the roses are still in my closet, no smell with infinite life.

OMG, Lil Reeves -- you've spent your money wisely! I once bought a red Swingline stapler (the exact replica of the one in the movie Office Space) for $80!~ the gift garnered so many laughs, and memories to last!

And the ballroom lessons -- good woman! I am still trying to figure out a way to make my dear FI take lessons without drugging him and dragging him there! wink.gif

OMG that is hillarious!!! I love that movie!

I've actually convinced my FI to take Tango lessons and i'm so excited! We have lessons lined up for November and then we are going to do some private lessons to choreograph a routine. I'd give you some tips to convince your man on the dancing lessons but i'm not even too sure how I talked mine into it in the first place, LOL

Aren't boys funny? They get interested in things like comic books, action figures, movies when they are kids and they are obsessed as adults. We weren't like that were we? Don't we change our preferences? I know my guy is obsessed with anything Star Wars. Heck, he even has the trivial pursuit star wars edition. But I'm not alone in my pain. My MoH husband loves it too! There should be a bylaw or something..... only 1 fanatic per 500'. Kudos to you though for getting him to dance out of it all!!! Way to go girl. Do you give lessons? Mike's 2 step is like a 5 step. Lord help me at our first dance. Like high school all over again.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
