Ladies:

I'm so sorry to hear that you are having problems with Yeisy.  I am really surprised!  I actually started with Melani and had so many issues with not getting any replies back for days.  Then they hired Yeisy and I had no problems whatsoever.  She always replied back to me within a day and had all the answers I needed.  I must say that I did write to her in spanish it was easier to break that language barrier.  Which could be one of the reasons sometimes you don't get a straight answer.  Also keep in mind that they do have a lot of weddings to plan I received confirmation of my date and then after that did not do anymore planning with them until a month before the wedding.  At that point they ask you to send in your final count and what you want as far dj, food, etc.  But I didn't finalize everything until 2 days before my wedding once I was there.  I know it seems frustrating but trust me they can pull together an absolutely wonderful wedding in a day.  It's thier job.  Remember that you chose a destination wedding so that you wouldn't have to do any of this stuff and stress, concentrate on the things you need to get done at home and everything will turn out fine.  :)  If I can help with any questions please feel free to ask.

I agree with Chelymo... I've been dealing with Yeisy since day 1 and she has been awesome! I actually chose this resort based on how quickly I was getting responses from Yeisy. For the first couple of months I was getting responses within hours of sending my e-mail. I try to keep the questions as simple as possible, due to the language barrier Chelymo mentioned. Sometimes her answers were unclear but I would just try to ask again in a way she might understand better. I always make sure to show her my appreciation because I know how busy they are. I know it's hard, but just be patient and in the mean time, take advantage of the girls on here! They are amazing & so helpful!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
