Sorry if this is already in here but I can't find the answer. Does anyone know if Dreams Palm Beach will allow you to do the symbolic ceremony without having being legally married first? My FI and I want to get married when we get back home but I've heard some resorts won't allow you to do that.

yes, they dont care if you are married.  you should ask to confirm anyway.

I actually am getting married at home and not telling anyone and then having the ceremony there.

They sent me a sample ceremony script and the only part they leave out is the legal stuff.

Your guests wont even notice you are not really doing the real thing.

How are everyone's plans going? I just found a dress on Saturday, so excited!!! I know typically you are supposed to send out invitations about 3 months before the wedding, but because this is a destination wedding IDK if I should adhere to that. I did not send out STD's but I have created a wedding website in its place. Everyone who would have gotten a STD is on the contact list for our website. What are everyone's plans as far as invites?
