Friends booking rooms for wedding??

Hi Everyone!

Ok, so I have tried to get in contact with a Wedding Coordinator at the Grand Oasis but haven't been contacted yet... I just have a question so that I can start to let people know what is going on! My family will all be booking together, but my question is what do friends do? Does the hotel have some kind of code you would use? I will be booking through Applevacations which I have used before and liked... but I'm confused how they will know when friends book that they are with us?? I have about 30 people on our list that I think will actually make the trip...Do I have to book directly with the hotel?? Sorry if this doesn't make sense! lol Thanks everyone for your help:)

The deal should be made directly with the agent and you should be able to get a group discount for over 10 bookings. Discuss this with your agent and then let people know. if they find a better deal elsewhere then let them book through another agent but you should be able to get a group booking.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
