Jess & Cori: I created my brochures in an Adobe program called InDesign. if you have the program then it should be no trouble to use it as a template...

Attached you'll find the PDF version and please let me know if you'll like the the InDesign version as well. The areas that have a barcode is where our address and phone numbers where located.

Also, where did you find your OOT bags. I've been looking for something similar but I haven't been able to find anything that I really like. The ones I keep finding are canvas bags.
