Yes I plan to distribute the cups in the OOT bags. I had to disassemble in order to pack but I think it's totally worth it. AI and huge cup of margarita/ pina colada equals GOOD TIME! For $1 you can't beat that either, cheaper than Oriental Trading. Also, Dollar Tree has a program where you can buy and they will ship to you all you need is the upc. I have that if you want!

Stickers: Can easily be created by taking your logo. jpg and copying it over and over again in word for ex. just print on adhesive paper and cut. If you'd like specialy shapes, typically there is a template found on the packaging, just insert image.

I just got my stickers from creative montage too and I love them! I am also having the coasters made for the reception and the AHR. My younger sister said seriously you are wedding madness! I told her you will understand how exciting it is when its your turn. Brat!

I'm really torn between sending the OOT bags out ahead of time with luggage tags and welcome letter or having them as a welcome gift when people get there.

If I send them out ahead of time, it might cut down on double packing for some people, and then they have space in their suitcase for it when it's time to go back home. And then I will still have something small to welcome them with at the hotel (though I don't know what).

If I give them out at the beach, it might be a nice surprise, but people will probably already have beach bags, sunblock, etc. But I would save on postage.

Is it tacky to just drop the bags off at people's houses on the doorstep if they live locally?

umm... ok, why don't we have cool dollar stores here?! The best I found were 5 year old birthday party gift bags with Dora the Explorer on them! lol - NO, I am NOT getting those for my guests!!!

Great find Laura, those OOT bags are great!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
