Hola!

 We used Ivan and the team for our wedding on 10-08-11 and I have to tell you all that anyone who is not happy with his services probably needs to be checked out. 

Ivan and his team were as professional as they come and were the best part of our wedding. My husband even agreed that the ambiance of our wedding would have been severely less of a good time with out the dance floor and Ivan.

His suggestions helped ease the wedding along and my hubby and myself didn't worry about anything!!

PLEASE take my advice and hire this team you will not be disappointed!!

I am getting married on April 28, 2012 at Le Reve and I am getting ready to sign a contract with Doremixx but I was told that Ivan wasn't available but another DJ will assist. Has anyone worked with DJ from Doremixx other than Ivan? I just need to be reasured from one of the brides who has please. ne

Hi All,

 

I just heard about DJ Doremixx and am very excited to use his services. It sounds amazing. I was hoping that I could be filled in a little more on what he provides in his packages. It all looks so great. Does he have the bubble machine and fog maching on durning the dancing, or is this something that we request? Also, the cold fire works looked wow.. Do most hotels let you have them? Im doing our recetion indoors at the Grand riviera Princess.. has anyone used DJ Doremixx and the cold fire works indoors???? I really want to have them but im afraid that the hotel will say no. Did most of you add to his music list or did you just let him do his own thing?? I have a few songs that i want to add but from what i have read on hear he sounds like he does a wonderful job.. any advice?

Hi Ladies!

 

What is the price that Doremixx charges?   I am trying to get a hold of him but haven't heard back.  Can anyone tell me?  I wanted to have the light up floor too if it's a reasonable price.  If anyone knows the price for both it would be great!!! It seems some have said the floor is included in his rates but I wasn't sure.

Hi,

 

I am thinking about using them for my wedding next year. They were very responsive to my emails-maybe the hurricane did some damage where they are located? I think the dance floor is $700 and the basic package is $800.  So you would be looking at $1500 minmium if you wanted the dance floor.

Thanks forthe info Bunnybride!  This is for any Playacar Palace peeps....Does anyone know how long you can dance outdoors?( I am not talking about the beach as I understand there are Mexican laws about that) I just wondered if I chose a different outdoor location like the North or South Solarium at  the Playacar Palace.  Is it only until 11pm? Ideally I want to have my reception at 6:30 but I don't want to end the party by 11pm. Does that mean that you have to do the reception indoors? 

 

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Sonia,

I just got told that Ivan is not available too!  I'm kinda worried.  They wanted to assign me someone else but they wouldn't tell me who.  I really want to know before I book.  If anyone has used other dj's please let us know!

This man was AMAZING!!!  I'm a wedding photographer in the DC area, so I KNOW my DJ's and vendors.  This guy was quiet and just....cool.  He knew exactly what to play to get the party started and the light up dance floor going.  LOVED him!!!  He was great with requests...but also really great at turning down requests that might hinder the mood of the night.  He was really great to me and the other vendors, and even let the groom get behind the spin tables (is that what they are called??) to check out what he was working with.  

 

I REALLY couldn't recommend him more.  I just wish I could work with him on more weddings!!!  DJDoremixx1.jpg

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners.
