Post Groom and GM attire

Recommended Posts

700Just got outfits for the guys. I am glad we got it done early because the woman that worked at Macy's said they are pulling all the summer clothes (we wanted linen) for fall very soon! Groom is wearing a Perry Ellis light tan (khaki color) linen suit with white lightweight dress shirt. I thought it was the perfect mix of casual and dressy :) (this without the vest and I think the color we got is a little darker) 1097855_fpx.tif?$filterlrg$&wid=370 Groomsmen are a little more casual...with Banana Republic linen khaki colored pants (we would have got the same Perry Ellis pants but they didn't have any long enough for some of the guys, not even to order!) and a casual white shirt with rolled sleeves.  (one of the left) bannan_republic_cotton_line.jpg Everything we got was on sale (at Macys and Banana Republic) because of the season change. Paid $30-$40 each for both pants and the suit jacket was a little more (around $100) but he will definitely wear it again!
So funny- my FI is wearing the exact same suit (also sans vest because they were out everywhere) and GMs are doing different khaki linen pants and white shirts! You have good taste :)

That is funny that they have the same one :). I know I was glad we went looking when we did because we went back to Macys yesterday looking for pants for my dad and there wasn't much left for linen! And like you said perfect timing for the sales!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
