Post Groom and GM attire

Ahhhhh that's what happened.   I returned the shirts last night and they were cheaper than what I paid I thought! Oh well.... still $15 for the pants is a good deal and no shipping... so I saved $1.50 on each item I ordered!!!!

The hat he borrowed from his best man. His jacket was actually a light plaid as it had tan and blue lines to play into our wedding colors: turquoise and blue (see below).
  • Grooms Men's outfits: Kohl's (pants by Ralph Lauren's Polo collection), JC Penny's (ties), and Burlington Coat Factory (suspenders, ties [Donald Trump Collection] and shirts). Their caps are by Kangol and we got it from a store in Newark that my DH talked the owner down to $15/each (they're worth $40+). Their entire outfits were $60/each. Their shoes were a gift from my MIL.

I am so glad i found this thread. It will be a giant help! I can't decide if i like the flip flops or not. My problem is we don't even know where we are having the actual ceremony at the resort. You don't decide until you get there. It seems the attire would change if its on the beach or one of their other beautiful locations.

My fiance and his best man are wearing grey suits, crisp white shirts with orange paisley ties. To make FH stand out a little I also got him a pocket square and they will wear different bouts. I haven't seen it on the beach but it looks great at home. :)

A girlfriend was showing me pictures of her friend (who I don't know) wedding in Aruba last night and her Hubby wore a grey suit, white shirt and I think pink paisley tie, the boys wore the same but no jackets, it looked SOOOOO sharp!!!! I wanted to change our outfits but since they are sitting in my spare room I better not!!!!  It was a great look though I say go for it!!! They were a light grey and looked soo sharp!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
