Hey ladies!

Does anyone know of any pet friendly resorts in the PV area? My mom has 2 little dogs (both of the dogs and I think my mom will have seperation anxiety issues) and she wants to bring them with, but it seems like most resorts are no pets allowed. FI and I also got a black lab puppy a couple months ago and thought it would be fun to incorporate him into our wedding somehow too! So if we could bring him, that'd be awesome...but if not we're okay with leaving him with family or at a doggy hotel around here (our vet has recommended phermones (sp?) for him to help with his seperation anxiety problems...but we might enjoy some time off from him--hes like Marley (but maybe worse!!? from "Marley and Me"--haha).

Thanks!!

Yeah...I kinda thought that might be the case--we were about ready to give up on that idea anyways. When we had originally looked into Jamacia--they are rabies free, so you can't even bring them there & same with Hawaii (except Hawaii you can but have to quarenetene (sp?) them for longer that most people's stay would be!)

I had to leave my furbabies at home. We have two cats and they are on a special diet. I was able to convince two different friends to come over every other day. There were only 2 of the 10 days that we were gone that they didn't get fed. They are very spoiled little kitties! :) I just can't help myself!

My kitties will be staying home and having a friend come and check on them every few days. I am only comfortable leaving them alone for no more than 3 days and we will be gone for about 10.

If something happens and she can't watch them I will have to board them. If they do end up boarding I plan on finding a place that has webcams so I can check on them.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
