I think I'll wait until closer to the time that I actually have to squeez into that size 6! lol
How do the points works. Do they giver you a list of what each for is equal to.

They give you a slider, so you look at the nutrition facts on the package and take the calories, the fat, & the fiber, to determine the points. They do also list a lot of common foods and there point values in the book.

It might sound complicated but its actually really easy.

I've been really bad with my WW the past week or so because I've been sick and just ate whatever I could get down my swollen throat, lol! But tomorrow I'm back on track.

I usually weigh myself on Fridays (I don't go to meetings) that way I weigh myself before the weekend starts which is typically a difficult time for me to stay on track, it usually works out well.

Wow, since you don't have much to lose (really anything :) ), why not switch to the Core plan? I'm using it and I like it a lot better. You still have to deal with points a little, but basically they give you rules for what's "free" and what you have to use points for, but of course you have to watch portions.

Anyway, I like it better and so some of you guys getting less than 20 points might want to check it out.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
