A ceremony on a beach is amazing any way you cut it, but adding the gazebo not only adds decoration but keeps you in the shade so you don't faint! lol. That's my vote... but do you have pictures of the different locations you're considering?

i voted for #1 - i just want the beach - nothing added! BUt that's just me. and i don't want funny shade lines all over my pictures. i tend to think "less is more" in most situations.

I like the gazebo on the beach - you get the best of both worlds.

Ummm... I change my vote! That gazebo that's not on the beach is gorgeous!!!!! It's actually the picture you accidentally posted of it that convinced me!

Heidi... I love the picture you added later of the gazebo on the beach. It was initially my favorite choice until I read someone else's posts about shadows and such and that is a great point! I think the pros to doing the gazebo on the beach is the fact that you are elevated really puts you on a pedestal for your big day and dresses the ceremony up a little bit. However, if you are going for the au naturale feeling, then just do the beach and feel the sand in your toes and the sunshine on your face!! Both would be amazing. Which better fits the tone you want to set?
