My bouquet and bouts from Plumerias Wedding Flower Boutique *pics*

I LOVE this vendor!!!! jiggy.gif

Well I must first preface this by saying I never imagined in a million years having artificial flowers for my wedding day ~ my parents and aunts/uncles were all born with green thumbs and so a perfect day for them is being out in the garden. You can only imagine what they said when I told em it would be cheaper and make more sense to have artificial flowers – yep it was shitfan.gif

Nevertheless, I started getting quotes from several vendors and the prices ranged. In the end there was one vendor -- Roberta from PlumeriasWeddingFlowerBoutique -- who struck me as a very professional and extremely talented vendor who really seemed to care about my flowers, vision and budget. You have no idea how many emails went back and forth between us before I finally figured out what I wanted quality, price and stylewise. She was patient and kind throughout despite my bridezilla madness and often times irritatingly stupid questions and concerns, mainly I needed to make sure my flowers looked real or my family would talk major $hit!!!

I changed my order a couple times even after I signed a contract and had her make some alterations even after she sent me pics. And no matter what she accommodated me happily. In the end we ordered: my bouquet, 2 maid-of-honor bouquets, 7 bridesmaid bouquets with ribbon to match their dresses (canary, terracotta, and latte), 1 toss bouquet, 3 mom/grandmother corsages, and 3 dad/grandfather bouts. She used floramatique flowers for my bouquet and we opted for latex/natural touch for the rest. Roberta is amazing and her products are fabulous -- these pics don't do her work justice!!!! Best of all my parents and family love them too ~ so they passed the test!!! woot.gif

Love the flowers MarieSam, the colors are gorgeous. My resort pkg, includes a fresh bouquet but I'm looking for Real Touch/ Floramatique for the ceremony arrangement. (I want to have some flowers to take home as a keepsake :)

I'll have to try your vendor. Thanks.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
