As for the box-- that was certainly crappy how the handled it.. but if you're short on time and ideas- you may just want to suck it up and order. Or see if theres something else you need for an upcoming gift on the site to get your free shipping and take care of something else??

Can you check any of the other sites I sent you?? You might find one just (or almost just!) as nice for a better price & customer service. It wouldn't hurt to take an hour to do this I wouldn't think!

Sorry, I am completely pissed.

The guy took way too long writing back to me, and then the priced just "happened" to be raised.

I'm shaking ~ I was going forth spending the money anyways.

I told him I am pissed and I will let everyone I know how poor of a Customer Service dep't they have and how sketchy they are!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I refuse to deal with them ~ they bumped up the price by nearly $54. If he had gotten back to me earlier I would have received the discounted price of $99.97.

PISSED!!!!

They were much easier to work with! It was already discounted 35%, plus I was able to save an additional 10% AND add in 3 day select shipping to make sure it arrives on time - all for about $101. Less than the other product would have been. And now I have a great present to present to Martin on our wedding day

omg jaimelynne! i am the same way with "the principle of the thing" and i would have been absolutely livid as well. seems like he raised the price just to screw you ... way to lose a sale! if he only had any idea how much business he just lost by pissing off a BDW bride, lol! jerkoff. glad you found something else!
