Varadero Wedding Photographer... Please Help

Does anyone know of a wedding photographer in Varadero? We were originally supposed to be married in the Mayan but have been switched to Varadero now. Our wedding is May 20th!!!! We apparently have a resort photographer but kinda thought the photos were a joke. Photos are really important to me, and really really want a good photographer. If anyone has any advice or leads, please help!

If you did not like the work of resort photographers, chances are, you will not like the work of any "freelance" photographers in there. They pretty much produce the same type of weddings/effects. Very traditional limited coverage,older equipment and little access to computers (almost no editing) is a part of it as well.

We chose to take a photographer with us, I realize you are working under tight constraints right now... but that is truly the best option.

 

I do have a friend named ROLY in the Varadero area - he is a very good CUBAN photographer, and I have posted much of his work in other threads.... I'll bump them for you if need be...

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
