my only comment would be to use the same size type on both pages of a spread (the one with your vows ... btw, i love that you included them).

oh, and WHERE'S THE (you may kiss the bride) KISS?!?!?!
I went back & forth on the type. My vows were much longer. I'm just wordier than mike. I agree they should be the same size. it's probably cute to emphasize how much longer mine were. it's us.

I don't think there was a kiss picture i liked. i realized after getting the wedding pictures that I don't like the way I look kissing. I'll look back through & see if there is one I want to use. that was also on my list of things I might change.

thanks! When I made the first draft, I had it full of pictures & text. I decided to keep this one a lot simplier to really highlight my favorite pictures.

if you are on the same track as me, you have 5 months to recover from post-wedding burn out. so don't rush to make your album.

I rushed the first version just to have something for the AHR. Then I made a few changes to have them by Christmas. I just ordered cheap shutterfly books for those. I've caught several typos in those books, but I'm not worried. I was also unsure how to handle the vacation & TTD pics. I finally decided to keep this book simple so I didn't have to crowd the pages. So I still need to make the vacation book. maybe next year :)

I wanted to make sure I got it right before I spent the money on a flush mount. I'm glad I took my time. It was fun reliving the wedding almost a year later.

My goal was to have it done by our 1 year anniversary. I'll probably order it today.

I just made the photo cover & made a few changes. I LOVE it!!! I'll definitly post pictures once the book is made. It should be about 2 weeks until I have it.

I gave my first kiss pictures another look. I just really don't like them. My face is all smoshed & my neck fat is rolling up. I love kissing mike, i just don't like to watch. One of the pictures in the book is the post-first kiss gazing in each other's eyes. I think that will do.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
