I believe it was a cousin who told me that you have to constantly apply lotion to the tattoo while it's scabbed over and you shouldn't have it covered by any clothing while it's healing. This of course after you take off the surrand wrap. Is that true?

You do want to keep it moisturized (with the right cream that they give you). Otherwise, it'll crack and stuff and it's not too pleasant. Obviously, depending where you get it, it will be covered with clothes. You can't help that. But I always tried to keep clothes away from it.

So Im going next week to get feet tattoos. How bad is it going to hurt?
Let me tell ya, it didn't hurt to bad, but that being said I have one on my wrist and when I say wrist I mean upper wrist like wear your hand and forearm bend and I sat thur that one, but it hurt real bad and i had to go back for a 2nd time to get more color added to it. So the foot didn't hurt anything like the wrist. The only time, I tought to mysef damn that hurts is when he got around my ankle bone.

You have to keep the scab moisturized with a good lotion or an ointment so the scab doesn't crack, if the scab cracks you can get lines (like scars) through the tattoo. Depending on where the tattoo is it may not be possible to keep clothing away form it but as long as you keep it moisturized it should be fine.

My foot did not hurt much at all, it was more annoying than painful. The only part that hurt was right near the toes and near the ankle, the rest was fine.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
