I did a quick search for Jamaican wedding photographer and didn't really come up with any Jamaican based photographers. Sorry I couldn't get a list for you.

There may be reasons to why there aren't many that show up in searches, either there just aren't many to begin with, or maybe there the photographers that are there, aren't much to be spoken about in terms of quality and style?

Why are you limiting yourself to only Jamaican based photographers? Is it only because of budget? I think you'd be very surprised that you could find hundreds of amazing photographers that are willing to travel to Jamaica and put together a package that would still be within your budget. Don't let having to fly a photographer in scare you. Sometimes it's really not as expensive as it sounds and it could be worth it's weight in gold if it means having better photos.

As much as I would love to fly someone down, I don't have that large of a budget to work with.

Hey Heidi! How are you!!

This is the photographer that they use onsite. The RIU actually gave me this person's information. i guess they have a contract or something with them.

Our package came with like 24 or 36 pics. My dad is a professional photographer as well, so he will be taking pics as well.

happy planning :)

How about Glen Johnson. He's pricy but, maybe you can work something out with him. Maybe he'll be in Jamacia shooting another wedding during the sametime so you can cutt down on the travel costs, or maybe you can get someone else from this forum who's getting married within the same timeframe to split the travel costs.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
