I got my dress this weekend!! I wasn't planning on it because I went to a local shop in my hometown and I figured the prices would be much more higher than a David's Bridal. However the dress seemed perfect for me, so I couldn't resist getting it. However, now I'm trying to justify the price differential had I gotten it a David's. The dress I got had the crinoline slip thingy already sewn into it - many of the beautiful dresses I saw at David's did not have them as part of the dress, so I'm assuming that the cost of those would have been in addition to that dress. Does anyone know how much those crinoline slip thingies cost? If they're like $100 or $200, then I won't feel as though I overpaid for my dress! I was shocked to learn that their veils were $200!

My sister rented the crinoline for under her dress and she paid around $100 CDN.

Can I see a pic of your dress? How much did you end up paying for the dress?
