I think Glenda has a good idea - a two tiered MOtM system.

Tier One: Recent Brides = SARAH ALL THE WAY BABY! Her review was so detailed and explanatory- years from now people will benefit from it!

Tier Two: Not married yet/Planners = Courtney(Ninibride)...she's just so sweet & always on and darnit, I like her!

Awww... :Blushing: You girls are too sweet...thanks for your nominations.

My turn! I like the two-tier thing btw...

For recent brides, I vote for Edyta. I think there should be an award to having the most amazing wedding with the least amount of planning. If there is such a thing, Edyta takes the cake, literally! I've never seen anything so beautiful with so little before-hand preparation!

For new, or regular members, I also totally vote Courtney (NiNiBride) hands down. She is sooo welcoming and friendly, super funny and more than willing to lend a hand. She got Edyta's slideshow to Juan at the last second for her and also helped me figure out how in the heck to download a song from my computer playlist correctly. For all the planning I've done, you'd think I'd learn how to use the computer a little better! lol

Aww thanks guys... I think the tier system is an EXCELLENT idea!

Recent Bride - Duh, Sarah! Seriously, the DIY projects - amazing! The review - holy crap... long, but informative and I read every last word! lol. Definately Sarah!

Regular or New Member - Trisha (Tlseege), she's funny, friendly and helpful... she's opinionated, which is NOT a bad thing! She offers awesome advice, even if she's not in agreement with everyone else, which I think is so important because when we ask for help we (mostly) want honesty! She's just awesome!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
