    We had 80 guests so we just asked a few people to bring them. I had a friend who spoke spanish lead the way in case there was any language issues. No problems whatsoever.

      None of the links that were posted work...they all direct me back to the main forum. Does anyone know why that happens??

      I'm so worried about this custom issue because I have $400 worth of beach towels, a $300 aisle runner, and a ton of other stuff I'm bringing down such as shot glasses, flip flops, tote bags, etc... I have receipts but since I'm splitting everything up between my FI, my mom and my luggage I don't know if should just make up fake receipts? Obviously wouldn't make sense for each of us to carry receipts for the full value if we're splitting up the stuff... anyone know?

      Yeah not sure why the links don't work anymore. You'll have to use the search button and look for those threads with the receipt templates. But yes make fake receipts and distribute them among your guests. We had well over $1000 worth of extra crap that we brought and we split it up amongst our guests and gave them their own receipt to keep it simple.

      If you can't find those links just use MS excel to make up some fake tally. Make sure to keep it less than $300 per person. I severely downplayed the costs of everything on my receipts. For example for all the contents of our OOT bags, they cost around $5/bag but we just made it around $0.90/bag.

          OMG! I'm glad I read this post... I had no idea about the receipts so I'll make sure to save mine when I get my stuff or I might just fake them.

                I went around and gathered up all of my receipts! I am impressed (patting myself on the back, lol) with how many I still have. Usually I throw those things out immediately.

                  I have read in other places that girls made "fake receipts". You could just make something that looks like an emailed receipt. I ordered a lot of stuff offline so some of mine are just a printed piece of paper from my email. (easy to duplicate)
