Has anyone used these?? Did they work?? I was considering getting them for at least myself and maybe my bridesmaids (if they were cheaper I'd get them for all the OOT bags but they're $16/pair) - we're all going over on a choppy boat ride to the wedding site (Las Caletas). I could take Dramamine, but I don't wanna get sleepy (they have the non-drowsy kind but not sure about that either). Anyways, if this works I'll totally be willing to fork over the money for me and my bridal party not to get seasick! But wanted to get some feedback first, and see if any of y'all have used this while on a boat. (The first time I went on the boat to LC I was fine, the second time the water was choppier and I nearly tossed my cookies)

glad to hear they helped you! thanks :)

is bonine the non-drowsy form of dramamine? I think that may be what they carry on the boat... but i've heard it can still make you sleepy..? since it's my wedding day and i'll be super nervous and probably take an anxiety pill i don't really want to be mixing stuff, ya know?

Ive never seen or heard of those before, I'd like to see if they work. I'm horrible with motion sickness. When DH and I went on a cruise to Hawaii, one of the cab drivers on Maui told us to go look for ginger candy bc the seas were going to be rough that day..I went crazy looking for this candy. I finally found it and boy was he right about the seas. It worked! Something in ginger that takes away motion sickness..

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
