We are taking the centerpieces for the reception. I'm so worried about them breaking (it's a glass vase and it will have a candle, sand and starfish inside. Six of our guests are leaving from the same city as us so I'm hoping to split them up between everyone!

They were! I found the rose balls at Joanns Fabric and changed the ribbon color and added some rhinestones. The centerpieces I put together myself and everything came from Dollar Tree!

We are taking ALOT of stuff:

OOT bags & all their contents (cameras, beach mats, etc) is a ton already

Chair sashes

flowers (bouts, bouquets etc)

Orchid garland

ipod speakers & ipod

table cloths

cake topper

cake flowers

memory frames

chair sashes

i'm racking my brain to think of what I have packed up in 4 totes. I'm sure there is so much more. We are just splitting them between the whole family to go and paying a little extra if we have to

    • Hello Vernicula - Congratulations on your engagement! I agree with everything MarieSam previously posted. One of the most important things when choosing an agent is there experience and their level of  expertise with destinations and resorts.  All of the Wright Travel agents have years of experience working with wedding groups, we have built excellent relationships with many resorts and we have visited, toured and stayed at many resorts in several different  destinations.  Email is one way of communication so you have everything in writing and can access this a anytime, but phone calls can be just as useful. Our goal is to make sure all of your questions are answered from beginning to end and we are happy to set up a phone call whenever you would like. • Hello!! My fiancé and I are planning on a destination wedding and we are wondering if there are any recommendations for a travel agency to use. I’ve emailed some I found online, but find it tough just communicating through email before we decide where to book. After we book, obviously email is convenient! We are in the Niagara Falls On area and would love to sit and meet with someone but don’t know where to start. Any help is greatly appreciated!! Thank you
    • I’m getting married next May at the Azul Sensatori  in Cancun, I believe they have a hotel specific DJ. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on that versus spending money for an outside vendor and if so any recommendations on a good DJ in that area? Thanks for the help.
