About to SCREAM!!!!

I am about to scream, well actually - I AM SCREAMING!!!! I put my place up for sale in February and finally got a buyer. You would think that would be great which it is, but they want to close by April 29th. I only have about 2 weeks to get everything packed while working full time, taking 2 classes to get my MBA, planning my wedding, and then going out of town to visit my family on April 30th. I feel like I just don't have time. This is crazy. I am happy that I have a buyer and very thankful for that. I just wish I had a little bit more time. smile41.gif

Ouch - can you just rent a huge storage unit, throw everything in boxes and park it there for a month? It will be more work in the end but sometimes just buying some extra time now is worth the extra work later.

Oh wow! We want to sell our place but haven't put it up yet for that very reason! Too much going on!! We also live in Dallas - you're lucky to have sold it! Maybe just try and concentrate really hard on that?? I know that advice sucks, sorry... Just a sticky situation! Vent all you want here - good place to get these things out!

I can get a couple people but I just don't want to inconvenience anyone. They just had the inspection today and I am hoping everything goes well and I don't get hit with another reason to scream again. I need boxes and I need more time in a day.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
