Boudoir Photos- Milwaukee/Chicago Area

First of all, I NEVER thought I'd be considering B-pics. I'm kind of on the shy side, and it just never crossed my mind until I joined this forum. Now that I've been around awhile, and have seen so many amazing pics, and read so many positives reviews...I'm starting to have a change of heart, but don't really know where to begin.

I live very near Milwaukee, and only about an hour north of Chicago, so either of those locations would work for me. I figure I probably have more options in Chicago. Anyway, I know there are other BDW ladies that have done b-pics in the Chicago area. Any recommendations? I do love Leigh's work, but don't know how often she is in Chicago.

If I'm kind of on the fence about the whole thing, should I go for it?

I say GO FOR IT! I would have never considered them either until all these girls come back with awesome, beautiful, tasteful photos.

you should go for it, I am super shy about being barely clothed and it was so liberating it has actually helped my relationship even though he has no idea about it...its also a lot of fun and your hubby to be will be so in awe you will have brownie points forever!

I say go for it!! I'm thinking about doing it this summer (still need sometime to get in shape). I'm in Chicago, but have no idea who is avaliable to do them.

Susan, I totally agree. I could NEVER have imagined myself doing this - not in a million years. Then I saw what the other girls did and was impressed. For me, I absolutely had to have Leigh be the photographer. I feel like I know her well and I can trust her completely. I'm arranging my site visit so that I'm in Cabo at the same time as her! haha.

 

The fact that its something that I would never ever do is what makes it so exciting - and is what makes it the best gift for Aaron on our wedding day. I don't think anyone would ever think I'd ever do something like this (one girl at work use to call me "square" when she worked here because she thought I was boring!! ), so I like the idea of doing something shocking like this! It'll be fun! Go for it, Susan!

Susan, I think you should do it. In fact, if you would do it sometime later this summer, I'd probably do it with you... if you wanted.

I kindof wish I had done B-Pics the last time Leigh was in Chicago. But now I think I'll wait and if I ever get prego and I'll get bump pics with Cain and I.

I'd totally be up for getting a small group together sometime this summer. For some reason, I think I'd actually be more comfortable with a few "accomplices". Maybe we'd be able to negotiate a better rate too.

I don't know much about Chicago, but I know there are a lot of new condos on the lake in Milwaukee. I wonder if we could negotiate a rental rate for the day. They have a very industrial modern feel.
