Its 14 books long, and I loved them all! I have read Twilight and New Moon, and took a break to start the Anita Blake series by Laurell K Hamiliton, which is kinda starting off slow for me, but its a long series, so I'll stay with it for awhile. And I will get back to the Twilight books too!

Please keep sharing ladies! I love getting new ideas!!
Yay, another vampire lover! I've had a thing for vampires for as long as I can remember, and even wrote a [bad] short story about one when I was nine. Read Bram Stoker's Dracula when I was twelve, and never looked back. And yet, I've never read an Anne Rice book...saw the movie for INterview With a Vampire, but never read it. It's been on my to read list for longer than I care to admit. blush2.gif
If you enjoy the Twilight books, check out this link here once you've at least read the first, you won't be sorry.

I have to read Interview with a Vampire still too but I bought it a while ago, just need to get around to it!
OMG Ladies!!! You have to read the vampire chronicles!! I finished reading all 9 books a few years ago! Maybe it's time for a re-read since I"m in between books right now!

Ok - & I just looked up the list to post & there are 10 books!! I wonder if I mis-counted what I read...or if I missed one! They all sound familiar to me! I guess it's time to dig them all out again! (They are still packed away in a box from our move a year ago! lol)

And here's the link...http://www.annerice.com/Bookshelf-Va...les.html...and in her quote she says 11 books. Now I'm confused!

I am not a vampire book lover....BUT I just finished reading The Time Traveler's Wife. I agree with the previous posts on here that say it's hard to get in to. It's definitely a good story line but I wasn't crazy about it. I had to force myself to finish it.

I also love to read!! My friends and I decided to start a book club about a year ago...basically a reason to get together more often and read some good books that we otherwise wouldn't have. Then we sit around eating junk food and chatting. :)

Our favorites so far have been...

-The American Wife- we LOVED this book!!!

-The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society

-Water for Elephants

I also love The Firday Night Knitting Club and the other 2 Kate Jacobs' books.

We are getting ready for The Lovely Bones movie to come out so as an extra we are reading that one now.

Our next book club selection is The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo so I'm looking forward to starting that one!

The one that the other girls absolutely loved, but I though was "just ok" was Time of my Life by Allison Winn Scotch. Definitely Chick lit. She actually called into our book club to discuss the book. My FI calls us nerds, but we LOVE it!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
