My Cake Topper from Etsy!!

Recommended Posts

Sooooo excited! We just got the initial pics of our custom cake topper from Keren Mudahi on etsy.com! It is so wonderful! The only thing that needs to be changed is the color of the flowers, but she said she could do that! I thought I'd share...I know there are some other boston terrier lovers on here that will like it!

Our pets are like our kids, so we were so excited to include them in the wedding this way.

LOVE.IT!!!!! I'm even more sold on it now that I know they can include pets. We have a shih-tzu who is our little boy! What do you do with the topper to preserve it after the wedding? Glass/plastic box?

I hope I have room in my budget for this, it's way too cute :)

Awesome... but you have to have some artisitc eye to do that. :)

I am hoping we can find money to do this... it was not a splurge we were planning orginally, but we would love to incorporate our three dogs in the wedding.

We really want mii toppers but they are $250 so i finally decided to just try and mold them myself. Of course they aren't as great as the etsy girls cause they do them all the time, but I made the 1st and it was horrible! But i'm so happy w/ the second time around

Thanks all! And I'm definitely going to PM Tammy to let her know I got it!! I know she's wanting to see it!

I'm only paying around 75 dollars for this. I think it's worth it because I decided after reading the what was/wasn't worth it thread to do a really small and simple cake - which would cost less....so I decided to do a custom cake topper!!

We will preserve it probably in a plastic box or something after the wedding - I haven't really thought that far ahead...but we'll definitely keep it forever!!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
