My parents bought my fiance and I a vita mixer a couple of years ago. They are really expensive (around $400) but so worth it. This thing will do anything. You can make warm soup, fruit smoothies, hummus (which I LOVE) and anything else you can think of. Recently my fiance and I have started making these fruit and veggie shakes that are AMAZING. It's so healthy and your getting MORE fruits and veggies than you need. Here is what I have been putting in ours:

    2 celery stalks
    1/2 a tomato
    spinach
    1 1/2 carrots
    1/2 a green pepper
    a few pinapple chunks (fresh)
    grapes
    blackberries
    1 banana
    1/2 peeled orange
a few ice cubes and a little water

The best thing is that you literally just put everything inside the blender......you don't need to chop things up into smaller pieces so the blender will puree it.
This is ready in less than 30 seconds. If you are really wanting to be healthy and really don't have a lot of time on your hands then please consider a vita mixer. I cannot rave enough about it!!!!

I want one, but I have not saved up enough. Maybe after the wedding.
