We also got it engraved and the nice thing about that is they sent him the ring to make sure he liked it and then we sent it back for the engraving. We had it back in hand in less than a week. Keep in mind though if your getting tungsten and you go to a jeweler to get his ring size make sure you tell them you're getting tungsten b/c the sizing is a little different.
FI ordered his ring from titaniumkay.com and he loves it!

We just got my FI's second ring in (the first one was too big so we had to get a different size) from Titanium-Jewelry.com. Here's a link to the one he got ZURNOV J.R. YATES Tungsten Carbide Ring. It's really great looking and high quality. He loves it and they were terrific on communication and shipping. We had two rings in under two weeks! Great site!

Overstock didn't have the right size in stock so we ordered from Eternity Rings, Mens Wedding Rings, Diamond Eternity Rings, Mens Wedding Bands They were super quick and i even had it engraved for an extra $6 or $8. he got the same ring we were looking at in the jewelry stores here and they were running $500 and we got his for $99 total (included shipping and engraving)
We purchased two of this band 0.25cttw Round Diamond Wedding Ring to put on each side of my engagement ring from Debebians and unfortunately did not have the same luck. It took 2 weeks for the rings to arrive (no engraving) and there was no confirmation from the store about when they would/did ship or any sort of email with a tracking number for the package (sent FedEx so there was a tracking #).

When they arrived they looked fine, but the more I looked at them I began to notice that one of the bands is misshapen (sort of comes to a point at the bottom and isn't the same width all the way around). I was just going to ignore that, but when I took them both to the local jeweler today to find out how long it would take to have them put into a set with my e-ring, the jeweler discovered a crack in the metal of the OTHER ring. So, we're returning them both. Obviously, my experience was a very different one from Jacilynda's, but I thought I should let everyone know to be careful and make sure you have your rings inspected by a jeweler very quickly after you receive them. These are very thin bands so they have more tendency to crack, but it seems like they would do a final inspection for quality prior to shipping and they didn't. Hopefully we won't have any trouble getting a refund. worried2.gif

Just thought I'd give an update to my last post. FI called Debebian's to get the return processing number and explained the situation with the rings. He labeled the rings as to which was cracked and which was misshapen and included a note explaining that the rings had not been out of the box except to try on and then when the jeweler examined them. While we never did receive any sort of confirmation from Debebian's that they received the rings (we tracked them, of course, via UPS) or that they had processed the return, they did refund our money in full and did not charge us a restocking fee.

So - we went to the local jeweler who was going to set the rings and discovered the crack and ordered new rings last Friday! Those should be in by this Friday!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
