I guess the are no longer carrying tungsten, bummer but we figure we can still get him one if none of these work out.
that's lame about the tungsten... but hopefully the titanium works! dh was really pleased with all the rings we bought, so hope it works out for ya.

ooooo we can look. You'll definitely find them cheaper online. Does he want the diamonds all in a row? or separated? 1ct is gonna be pricy especially if he only wants it half way around cause then they are each a bit bigger than all the way around. I will look!

Okay,

Here are pics of the rings. Again I ordered these on 5th and selected the cheapest shipping ($6.50) and received them on the 9th. Super fast.

We really liked the plain ring (style # 43118 ) and the silver with black in the middle (style # 4372) both look identical to what we have tried on at the regular jeweler for $150+. However the brushed/grayish color one (style # 43128 ) was absolutely HENIOUS and looks awful and it was the most expensive (go figure).

Here is them on my thumb: (the top one is the ugly one, looks OK in the photo but in person is really cheapo looking)

Here they are on Evan's finger:

He wants white gold spaced spaced or close it dont matter. I went around to different stores in the mall and that was some of their prices 600-900 of course u had to get them that week. or if u want to put it on layaway they jack up the price..lol im going to try the apparel mart here in atlanta too..Amcys had a big sale one time it was orginnally 1200 1ct marked down to 629, but of course it was a sat only sale..I guess I have to watch out for the good sales

We bought FI's ring on Amazon. It was a 6mm white gold for just over $200. We priced it in stores (and had him try them on to get the right size) and found the saved a lot by going to Amazon. It arrived quickly and we're really happy with it.

We also bought my engagement ring and wedding band online. We found them in a store and searched up and down for the best price. We decided to get them from Diamond Brokers of Florida. Their website looks completely shady -- but they were professional, fast and wonderful to deal with -- and they saved us a bundle. We got both the engagement ring and the band for less than what the engagement ring cost in the local shop. We had the engagement ring appraised to make sure we didn't get ripped off and it came in higher than even the shop price. I can't recommend them enough.

I love rings but can't justify spending thousands of dollars on diamonds. Plus I'm also affraid of loosing it. My aunt buys Diamonelle and loves it. It's from the shopping channel (Canadian), They are cubic zarconia's but they look just like the real thing.

I got a 5 stone ring, equivalent to 2 1/5 carats and flawless, and paid $290 after taxes. It's beautiful, When I wear it out, people can't tell the difference. When I told a friend it was fake, she didn't believe me lol

if you ment macy's, yes look out for their sales. They have a big jewerly sale 2 times a year i think. I would ask a salesperson to let you know when it's coming or to contact you, they probably won't mind, most of them get commission. Then if you have a coupon or macy's card you sometimes get even bigger discounts.

Hi, ladies! So, has anyone heard of ultradiamonds.com?

For work, I used to travel the PA Turnpike everyday and I kept seeing billboards for the outlet location in my area, but they also have the same selection available nationwide on their website (AMAZING prices, for men's wedding bands with and without diamonds!)

My FI is not really the jewelry-wearing type, so he wanted something simple for everyday, and we found a two-tone band we really liked on his hand (surprisingly, all solid metal bands looked weird) for $149 (not including S&H).

For some great deals, definitely CHECK ULTRA DIAMONDS OUT!

They also have really nice anniversary bands, traditional and designer engagement rings, watches and ideas for bridal party gifts, too!

~ Christie :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
