Group Flights to Montego Bay

I am wondering if anyone has chosen to organize group flights for some or all of their guests in order to take advantage of the discount offered by the airlines. I recently started looking into this and am not sure the savings are worth the trouble.

We booked as a group and for the most part it worked out well for us. We got premium flight times and were all on the same flights. Those of us flying from different cities met up in Memphis and flew down together, so it was almost like a charter.

 

I would say that if you choose to do this, only reserve the number of seats for people you are 100% sure are going. I would get at least $100 per person (non-refundable) from them. We had a lot of people from DH's side back out and we had to pay some penalties.

i'm not sure if i completely understand your question, but i would definitely suggest looking into group booking. i'm departing from toronto and we were able to get a good deal...

 

i think the best way to start is to talk to some travel agents. they provide a free service which includes doing research into prices and locations for you. we spoke with 3 different agents and eventually chose the one who provided us with the best pricing, as well as the best customer service. the travel agent will take care of the bookings for all of your guests. once you choose an agent, let your guests know. they will then be responsible for contacting tha agent, directly, to discuss details and to book.

 

our agent found us a great deal through sunquest which included a bunch of extras (depending on the number of people who book).

 

not sure if this answers your question, but from my experience so far, group booking has been really easy, and definitely worth it! good luck!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners.
