I realized this a couple days ago that I hadn't seen the moderator for the RM/Cancun forum on for quite awhile. I just clicked on "See more posts by..." on her siggie/profile, and it shows she hasn't posted on here since February...

Granted, I haven't been around all that long, but she used to post all the time and had a lot of great stuff she put up on the website for the resorts/accommodations....

I think we have a Scooby-Doo mystery on our hands!!!

ha ha ha... I actually just talked to her the other day. She's doing well, but she is super busy with work and she also is having some computer problems, she promised she would log on at least once a week to see how everything is going. Her wedding is a year away and she said she hasn't even had the time to think about wedding details.

I know I really miss chatting with her.

oh no - not really. and we don't have a bed or a bedroom set yet, so we're still using wardrobe boxes. we want to get one before the wedding so we can move into our master bedroom when we get back - just not sure it's happening. we DID order my wedding band today though :)

i hope not! i hope that everything just falls into place. i've always been a procrastinator - and i work best under pressure. my first paper i had to write in college, i started the night before - at midnight! not a good idea - but i have trouble motivating myself too early. still don't know when and where we're getting legally married in Hawaii - that's Paul's to-do - and he's a procrastinator as well!

I know, I miss Jackie too, she's probably so busy right now with the new house, the new job, and I think she was still bartending on the weekends and the cape is starting to get busy now so she'll probably be straight out all summer.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
