Lets see where do I begin.... oh yeah

SMILE...

when your custom made dress arrives from China and its TOO SHORT... Smile... when Kay Jewelers orders the wrong ring.... TWICE... SMILE... when you find a new dress and the seamstress tells you Saturday but really means Tuesday... SMILE... when you mother applies for her passport and its been 4 weeks and it hasn't arrive but family who applied after her have received theirs... SMILE... when you forget to send a really good friend and invitation and you just realize it one week before the ceremony when she tells someone else and not you... SMILE... when you look at the man you love and your beautiful daughter who love you anyway...

SMILE

StarryT, I'm sorry you are experiencing all of this 5 days before your wedding. All you can do is smile and remember the last sentence is the most Important No matter whats wrong with the dress, the ring, and the people who will and won't be attending you are marrying the man you love and you have a beautiful daughter to share it with. If you don't laugh you will be miserable, I'm glad you were able to vent. Please laugh, smile, and enjoy your wedding! I'll be waiting for the reviews and pitcures!

Sounds like you need a drink! At the point when you can't take it anymore, just remember in a few days you are marrying the love of your life and not everything can be perfect but somehow everything will be ok because you love each other and that is all that matters. I'm sorry for all your troubles, I hope everything works out for you.

Oh my---sounds almost surreal-but we absolutely wish you the best. There is still time, apply a little pressure and remain calm! You will have the two most important people in your life supporting you and that matters most. I know everything will be fine and you can start a thread titled, "Remember When?" I wish you well and cant wait for the photos!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
