Transportation for guests

I am getting married at the HIlton and many of guests will be staying more towards Cabo San Lucas than the corridor (sp?)

Does anyone know about a shuttle, trolley, or car service that might be helpful to bring them over?

Well you have a lot of time thankfully. I'd check out the bus idea. I think there's also a bus that runs up and down the coast but I don't think that would work so well for the wedding itself.

Maybe you could talk to Emeline or the Hilton concierge. Perhaps the concierge can arrange for a slew of taxis to take people back (and let people get themselves their on their own).

Hmmm... that's a tough one. I think your best bet is going to be contacting limo companies to see if they have any speciality cars (this sort of looks like a Rolls Royce) they rent or that you can hire with a driver. It would defintely be worthwhile to ask a coordinator down there as I'm sure you're not the first person to ever want to do this!

My Fi is in contact with someone who quoted him:

$400 for a bus that holds 45 people… that is for round trip San Jose to Cabo and back…

$130 for a van that holds 12-14 people. Round trip as well…

the woman's contact info is

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
