DreamsBride - just thought I would let you know that I heard back from Jenny and YES you can reserve another restaurant, just not the SSG!  Good to know.

 

I also emailed the resort regarding the "ultimate vacation club" people or whatever they are called and they responded to me as well and said that they have had many complaints and have now made changes to the policy about where these people can be in the resort etc. (only in the lobby and a few other select areas) so that is good to know!

Kelsie thank you so much for letting us know about the restaurant booking and the "ultimate vacation club" as well...what a relief!!!...my FI is not the most patient man, so I am glad they are not allowed to harass people anymore!!!

 

Girls, I have been wedding shoe shopping on Friday with my friend :D....and I have found the most gorgeous shoes ever lol :D Let me know what you think about them (also in real life the color is slightly "hotter pink as well" :D)

How is everyones planning going so far? :)) We just realized this weekend with FI that although our wedding is not until March next year, we will have to do all our cloths shopping for the trip this summer lol :D Cos there is no way you will be able to find anything good in February!!! :D

 

Also ladies, just a quick question, are you planning to have your wedding and honeymoon at DLR at the same time, or you are going to go smwh else after DLR?? :))

We just recently started to think maybe going on a trip few months after DLR just two of us (or maybe with my FI's daughter as well :))), but not sure where, would love to hear your ideas! :Dx

Ewa sweetie you will be at Dreams soooo soon!!! :))))x Very very excited for you girl and I am sure everything will be perfect!!! Dreams is beautiful place and having all your family and friends celebrating such a special day with you, will make it even more wonderful :)))x Really cant wait for pixs and review from you and Dana too!!! :)))

 

Oh and thank you for compliment about shoes hon :D I had to hide them away in the wardrobe, cos of our dog (it will be his wet dream to get to my shoes and slowly chew them up lol :D), so keep opening wardrobe every morning and just admiring the shoes LOL :D I know crazy, but they are sooo pretty :)))

Hey!! Yeah it looks like it will be here we are just waiting for word from the wc to make sure we get the same price we didl ast year when we first went. I'll post pics of the place so you can see where it is. Its a beautiful venue and we might do our honeymoon at dreams bc we put the deposit in with Arnaud and I dont wana lose it. We are thinking of doing a trash the dress over there bc I had already bought a dress for it.

Everything sounds fantastic, definitely post pictures of the venue, would love to see it :))) And hopefully they will be able to match the price for you too! :))x

Honeymoon at dreams sounds fabulous and you can do the photo shoot with Arnaud as well so you will still have a great shots from Caribbean in your wedding album ;)x

KCB2011, thank you for your clarification on reserving a la carte restaurants.  It makes me a lot less anxious as I was definitely counting on having a private reception.

I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
