We get married on the 25th of March...Think we gonna have ceremony around 4:30 and the meal in the seaside grill. I think since we have a small number the DJ would be a waste of money, will have to add ipod speakers to my list!! Have started trawling through all the info and have found some great pics. I'm so glad I found this site or I have been a nervous wreck by xmas. Have loads more questions but will keep trawling till I have answers!

I wouldn't worry too much about the coordinator getting back to you so soon. In the beginning they are pretty slow because they have a TON of weddings going on all the time, but as your date approaches they'll start responding to your emails faster.

 

When I first set my date I was emailing Yanna like mad, but then I realized I was still 4 months out from my date, and the girls on here had better, more specific information anyway. Plus, once I read a bunch of reviews, I realized that 80% of the things are pretty much figured out once you get to the resort. Everything else is dependent on how much extra you want to bring down with you.

 

You are still 10 months away from your date. Don't stress about her getting back to you and enjoy the process. Everything will come together in the end!

Oh my gosh, I can't believe I'm next!! How exciting. :)  I bet someone will squeak in there before November. That's a long time without a wedding.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
