Well...I conveniently forgot to weigh in. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!!

I hate it-the week before my cycle I am like a crazy lady shoving anything sweet or salty into my mouth. I'm not really hungry but I keep eating-all the while knowing I shouldn't be. Then I pay for it the next 3 weeks taking the pounds back off and repeat process.

So challenge for tomorrow: Eat 5 servings of fruit or vegetables on Friday.

Since many of us are gearing up for a long weekend with Memorial Day and that usually means BBQ's and other calorie packed food it might be a nice way to start the weekend. I think the recommended number of servings for fruit and veggies is something like 17? Correct me if that's wrong. So 5 doesn't seem that bad.

Mine will be: Mango, banana, zucchini, asparagus and strawberries!

I got my 100 crunches in, now have to get the push ups. I was scared to do them at the gym, that the boys might laugh :P.

Vikki- I am on board. tomorrow has to be a healthy eating day since this weekend could be filled with beer and bad food.

I got my 100 crunches done woohoo. I hate pushups. If I hate them though, it probably means they work. Maybe I will break them up in sets of 20, haha.

5 fruits and veggies - We can do it! I really need to remember to get those in. Sometimes I just forget.

Congrats ladies on another good weigh-in.

I managed 50 crunches and 41 push-ups (the regular ones, not girly ones). So, I was 9 short of my own goal of 50 and 50. No way could I do 100!

I'm on a 2 day fast and I am sooooo hungry. I'm also thinking that I picked the wrong two days to do it because I know I am going to eat this weekend and what's the point of fasting if I'm going to eat crap after. Idk what to do~ if I should give in and just eat something or hold out til after tomorrow. Ugh, I'm hungry. lol

I think I can do the 5 fruits and veggie challenge... One of my bm's (who lives in philly) is on some insane diet where she eat like 15 fruits n veggies a day. Clearly it's not helping since she won't go order her gown yet lol. She'll be in town this weekend so hopefully she'll order it this weekend.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
