I'm gonna vote with Jac on this one, I don't think we should send out rankings. I feel like its too late in the season for it. I'm pretty sure we'll get out voted, but that's my 2 cents. I like the excitement of thinking I could be in the lead and think that hearing otherwise could just deflate people. Really, we send in 3 more weights and we'll all have the answers.

Sorry girls. I'm pretty sure kelly and I will be out voted but i'm just going off last season and we REALLY thought it would motivate us and it ended up being much worse. If its about you than just focus on what your weight percentage loss is and be proud of yourself, not how you compare to others.

Either way, I need to lose a ton of weight, and refuse to look like a sausage in my dress. I'm motivated by that fear if not anything else. At the same token, winning $600 is also a huge motivator. As much as it shouldn't affect us and we should be doing it for ourselves, I still have that prize in the back of my head when I am contemplating say, an ice cream sundae, and it erases that idea. I just think that knowing if I were far away from having a chance of winning, it would be a whole lot easier to eat that ice cream. If you guys look at the rankings, I don't think I want to know where I am on the list.

Question: If we have a participant get banned for reasons unrelated to the Biggest Loser (for breaking other forum rules), should we allow them to continue in the competition, or are they DQ'd automatically? In this case, it was someone that was banned for soliciting.

 

Personally, I think we should allow them to continue - I'll just have to email them anything related to the results, etc.

 

*Whatever the outcome, I think this needs to be mentioned in the rules for any future seasons!
