Well I'm off to go backpacking the rest of the weekend. (I am soooo ready to get out!!)

So far had 1 cup strawberries, a banana, 1 cup of fresh blueberries, 1 kiwi fruit, 3 cups of spinach and 1/4 cup chopped green peppers so I'm good to go with my challenge.

Have an awesome weekend all!

Haha - not really :-) I completely skipped yesterday's challenge....well, the pushups part. I really don't want a sore chest/arms all weekend :-)

Ok I think I've done well on the challenge. My FI spent a half day home sick today so I got up and made breakfast and I made a delicious fruit salad (I had actually totally forgot ab the challenge). But I've been munching on the fruit salad all day so I have at least had 4 servings of fruits and veggies so far. I will also have corn on the cob with dinner and possibly another cup of the fruit salad for dessert.

mmmm fruit salad! I had a banana, 1 cup huckleberries, 2 cups of spinach (I LOVE spinach salads, thank god for the farmers market!). Then tonight we will have carrots and corn on the cob and probably some more huckleberries cause I always eat them at night!

my day started off well. then I ate half a can of pringles and had ice cream. why do I do this to myself? I went and worked out this morning I should have been all set to eat good the rest of the day.

Tomorrow's a new day right?

(I did skip dinner, maybe that will help a little?)

Well, I'm almost there. I had mixed greens, tomato, edamame, and later I will have a ton of tropical fruit salad. So I guess I made it through another challenge. I have a mini challenge to last through the weekend and monday. I want to make sure I somewhat avoid temptation at the barbecues, but still enjoy the food. So my challenge is to eat your hamburgers and hot dogs without the buns! It's a tough one, but I bet a lot of us will feel much less guilty come tuesday!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
