I drank water all day today ladies -- but honestly probably not enough. I don't think drinks are the problem with me, I usually just drink water with an occasional cranberry juice on the side, but just not enough water. It's all the other crap I put into my mouth plus of cuorse not enough exercise!

As for today's goal~Wow, 100 push ups and crunches in one day... too much for me to try. So, my own personal goal will be 50 of each.

 

I kinda of drank all water yesterday. I had a meal replacement shake (made with water). So, I drank it, but it counts as food. lol Otherwise, only water.

Yes Kelly Drank is a word hahaha. That always happens to me where I type a word bu it just doesn't look right.

Khajeesah you are killing it! I did good w/ water yesterday. We'll see what happens w/ crunches, pushups are really rough for me! I broke my color bone and it wasn't set right so the bones are on top of each other so I've really struggled w/ pushups since!
