I hear ya, at this point it will be a miracle if I do not gain.

I worked my butt off at the gym yesterday and today and I just got home from hot yoga. I am still not sure if it will be enough.

I like the idea of mini challenges. But personally i need to work out AT LEAST 3 hours a week. So maybe we should take turns and make challenges for each day!

So I'll start! Something I really struggle with is drinking enough water! I drink diet green tea all day! So I'll start it off kind of easy but i think some people might struggle with this as well. So for tomorrow I challenge everyone to only drink water! you can eat but the only liquid you consume is water! You'll feel great on Thursday!

I hardly ever drink coffee. I am a latte girl and don't have a coffee maker or anything of the sort. Although I watch my "future" nephew (Joe's bros son) and his mom always brings him over at 6 and always brings my latte from Starbucks. Except now Joe's bro is working days (he used to work nights and didn't get off until 8am) so he brings him over at 7 and he doesn't bring me anything. Last week I was sooo tired one day I told her I would rather her bring him cause then I get go juice! J/k but I have him tomorrow and watch she'll have Sean bring me my coffee! HA!

I work at an apartment complex and we have a workout room. What I do is walk for an hour and do crunches and some arm work. I then eat lunch at my desk that I bring from home. I strongly believe it atleast do crunches and pushups each day :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
