BDW Biggest Loser: Season 6 ~ Official Thread ~ FINAL RESULTS POSTED!! (#869)

Recommended Posts

I finally had a good week. I was really paranoid bc it was the end of aunt flo.

But since I was stuggling to lose more than a pound a week for the past month, I made an effort to go to the heated vinyasa yoga class to detoxify my body and I really think that it helped me to lose some extra lbs. Work outs were medium but with the yoga I was able to do well.

Eating was just so so, I had a wing pig out on sat night coupled with many beers. Rest of the time I was able to keep it normal and not too bad.

I went out in the morning for a mani pedi and when I came back to get ready they greeted me with a bottle of champagne and sent me upstairs. The drinking did not stop until about 9PM ON SUNDAY!!! Needless to say, I was naughty :)

Nothing for me. I stayed the same. My little man has been sick since monday, leaving me sleepless (no energy to work out.) Now I'm sick too (still no energy to work out.) But apparently I had enough energy to eat an entire bag of kettle chips! Congrats to all of you "losers" though!

I maintained this week. Literally-my weight was exactly the same and my measurements changed by a 1/2 inch or so. I thought I did a lot better than that, added 3 really long evening power walks with the dog last week in addition to my normal 7 workouts. I guess I need to step up the cardio next week. I lost 2 pounds a week for the last two so seeing a 0% change kind of sucks.

Cravings are the enemy!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
