I am down this week, however, I am going to have to kick my own ass so hard to be down next week....I have my first bridal shower this weekend and then to add to it, I start my period on Tuesday...uggh!

So I just returned from 11 days in Israel for business. I made sure that I ate as healthy as possible and worked out almost every day, but I returned yesterday and the 16 hour plan ride always makes me swell up and retain water! Great for the day I have to weigh in. I had lost weight but the numbers don't show it today... instead it shows a gain!!! Arg! I guess it will be better next week since I will have lost all the water weight.

I gained .4lbs I'm am COMPLETELY ok w/ this. most of my weight last week was due to being sick and not eating the 3 days before weigh-in. And i always weigh myself monday morning to see where i'm at and i'm lost .4lbs since then and i haven't even worked out this week. Well i've been doing LOTS of deep cleaning and Sunday i did so much it was seriously equal to like 5 or 6 workouts.

 

And i lost 1 inch off my waist THIS WEEK!!! So I'm really excited about that. i have a feeling next week is going to be very good to me!!!!

 

Remember ladies this is week 2 and week 2 and 3 are the roughest!

Oh crap, all this swine flu stuff totally made me forget to send you my weight. Damn swine flu It was a bad weight week nevertheless, but I totally forgot Will send now Ann so you at least have it on file.

Ann I sent you a text yesterday with a pic for the weigh in you didnt receive it? *I re-sent it this morning*

Also I took mine last weds but was not able to send it till thursday morning in the AM does it not count then?

I got your weigh in late, this morning.

And no, it doesn't count when you send it Thursday morning unless it's there by the time I wake up/record weights on Thursday. Weigh in is on Wednesday - you have 24+ hours to get it to me that day! Technically you have a little cushion since I don't cut it off at midnight on Wed. night.

And I just realized that technically you should be disqualified for missing 2 weigh ins in a row. But since I didn't catch it, you have another week! I got a new laptop and the color coding was off so I didn't see that you missed last week too.
