Why is it that change makes you want to eat badly?
Within the last 7 days we've found out that my husband got a new job in a different state, he's left for that job, we've put our house on the market, sold our house, i put in my notice at my job, and now I'm packing by myself and moving an entire house into storage because the buyer needed to close in 2 weeks!

Can you say 'cheeseburger please'? :)

This is either going to stress me out and I'm going to lose a ton of weight because of it or I'm going to console myself with food and pack on the pounds...I'm leaning towards the latter :)

i was just checking in to see how you all are doing so far ... this is the first time i didn't join since BL3 ... i'm thinking maybe i should have now! i've been eating like crazy with all the swine flu stress, but i guess the stress has revved up my metabolism or something because i haven't gained an ounce ... imagine if i was actually dieting and exercising!

i didn't join because my wedding was smack in the middle, but i see other may brides on here and now i feel dumb. huge pot too! oh well. best of luck, losers!

Oh girl don't worry about it! All that packing and moving (especially by yourself) is going to burn soooo many calories. Its like having 5 or 6 workouts in one day, at least!

              FDA Announces Recall of
              Hydroxycut

WASHINGTON (AP) - Government health officials are announcing the recall of popular weight loss pill Hydroxycut, after reports of liver damage and other health problems.

Food and Drug Administration officials said Friday the manufacturer of Hydroxycut has launched a nationwide recall of the dietary supplement, used by people trying to shed pounds and by body builders to sharpen their muscles.

MORE INFO AND PRODUCT LIST FROM THE FDA

Hydroxycut is advertised as made from natural ingredients. It accounts for about 90 percent of the market for weight loss supplements, with sales of about 1 million bottles a year.

Dietary supplements are not as tightly regulated by the government as medications. Manufacturers don't need FDA approval ahead of time before marketing their products.

I actually did well (eating wise) over the weekend but I didnt work out. However last night for dessert instead of my jello (which I am clearly getting sick of) I decided to make Godiva brownies and actually went to 7-11 and purchased breyers all natural vanilla ice cream and soda (which I've been steering clear of for weeks). I spent $8 on those 2 items. That alone should have made me diet.
Yesterday I watched an old episode of Bridezillas where the chic lost 80lbs in 3-4 months. I'm like umm please tell me what you did....
