Wow I'm glad you had a good experience with Light in the Box. I was so set on ordering my bridesmaids dresses. They were totally original and I thought I hit the jackpot. So I posted a thread on here and I got so much bad feedback and a link to a website that had some of the worst reviews for this company. Here is one that I found just after googling "light in the box, complaints"

I'm glad you had good service. However, I want to warn other brides out there that there has been many, many, many complaints against this company, it's customer service, quality of goods, and how they will essentially try to take your money and not send you what your ordered.

I made the decision to not order from this company based on how many complaints I read - I decided it just was not worth it in the end.

Sophie~ The reviews are probably like Trip Advisor and other sites....there are some good reviews, but mainly people review only when something bad happens. I can say that their customer service was great! I wish some local vendors were that responsive (including my WC). lol Anyway, I'm sure there are some negative reviews, but I was so impressed I had to post my experience with them! I think they did a fabulous job, plus I now have an inexpensive dress I am just going to get messed up anyway with the TTD.

OMG I was looing at their website lastnight and that is the dress I picked out if I ordered from there, hahaha. Since I am a big on the heavier side I am not sure if it would look good on me.

I was looking on this site yesterday and was amazed by the prices and the dresses that they can make. For the prices, I could trash every single one of the those dresses (maybe two), lol.

 

BTW—I can’t view your pics right now. But, I know you probably look awesome in it though! Can’t wait to take a peak.

wow you ladies really have me thinking about getting a dress from this site or somewhere similar... I really want a great looking TTD and like the pp said I could probably trash 2 dresses if I went with a place like this.
