Hey girls! For those of you who have already used Kamila... have yall gotten your books yet? I really want to know what the front looks like, but the pics of the books on her site don't show the cover. Just wondering.

I don't think that any of us have gotten our pics back yet. I was looking at her books and the one that comes with the package looks very generic. I am considering still making my own on Shutterfly. I will contact the other gals that were on our shoot to see if they have gotten theirs yet and will let you know.

I am SUPER anxious to see the rest of my pics, but I don't want to keep on bothering Kamila LOL.

I'm just returning from our anniv cruise & and just wanted to say thanks soooo much for all of your compliments!

 

Like Carly said, this really was a confidence booster. I've never had a day where I looked like that at all & I had so much fun that I wish I could do something like this more often. Since this is going to be DH's 1 year anniversary gift, it would be cool to do something like this every year, if only I could afford that!!

 

As Yamille, Casey & Shannon have said, Kamila was a pleasure to work with & I can't wait to get more teasers & see all of my pictures.

 

And wow, its so cool to see so many of you have scheduled dates. You are going to have so much fun! You'll see! I'm excited for you guys & can't wait to see your pics & hear about your experience.

 

Shannon, Casey, & Yamille, I'm still undecided about the album too. I'm tempted to get the one thats included in the package & then if I feel the need to, I can make my own since I did my wedding album & I know that the quality of the album was great.

But then I keep thinking that it may be easier to just upgrade to the larger album & let Kamila arrange it. This is gonna be a tough decision. I guess I'll keep thinking about it. Hopefully one of the other ladies has gotten theirs & can give us some insight regarding the quality. At least I have some time to figure this out since I'm not going to give the album to him until we return to Jamaica in June.

Yolanda I am in the same boat. I think I am going to get the one that comes in the package- because I really don't want to spend anymore money on this. (remember this is my take 2 at this bd business!) I figure if it's really not something I want to give him I can make the shutterfly one.

 

then again.. it's just easier to have her deal with it... oy!

I have my shoot today and I am sooooo nervous. My stupid face decided to break out over the weekend so I am nervous over that, and I am second guessing my outfits. I am far from model shape but was really excited till I went shopping. I have lost 30 lbs since Jan. but putting on lingerie made me realize how much further I have to go. But, I am trying not to stress too much cause I really want this to be fun and be happy with the outcome. I leave work in 4 hours, my time is 4 p.m. for hair and makeup.

You are going to have fun! I totally get the not model bod feeling but as long as you are feeling strong. I think that's sexy. You must be working out to have lost 30lbs so that's awesome. Have a great time. Remember your FI loves your body and will most likely be surprised that you even are doing this. I know mine will be.

Yes, I am shooting with Kamila in Philly. After reading this post and seeing all the teasers, I checked out her blog and she had some spots open today. It was kinda last minute, I just contacted her on Thursday last week, so I only had a few days to prepare, and its kinda last minute in relation to my wedding, which I think we're date twins, on the 16th of May. And thank you, its been tough but well worth it.

I'm sure you're a bit nervous but trust me, you'll be just fine! You'll be more comfortable than you think, especially when you get into the swing of things! I was a bundle of nerves going in & thought I would die, but all went well & at some point I didn't even want to leave! LOL
