I know this is a studio suits thread but I just wanted to share that we just bought linen suits (in khaki/light beige) from the perry ellis outlet store and they were $90 (after 50% off and an additional 10% off student discount)! They aren't custom-made and they only had 1 color at the outlet, but the price was too good to pass up! I'm not sure if the sale is over but something to consider!

What colour is the top suit in this post?

Hey everyone, just wanted to share my experience.... it was awesome! we ordered 3 full suits, one in the light gray for my FI, one black for my dad and one dark gray. We also ordered gray pants and vests for the groomsmen. Let me tell you that if your worried about sizing and quality there is nothing to worry about! we are so happy with them and they all fit perfectly. They shipped in 2 weeks to Toronto and only minimal tax. They are all fully lined. my FI and i ordered a suit from a different site, i guess we did a bad job of measuring because the crotch area was extremely wayyyyy tooooo tight! lol  any tips of measuring? did you measure and add an inch to everything?

Just want to post a mini review.... We received our suits and pants from studio suits a couple weeks ago. My FI suit fits great except for the shoulders (I think I measured wrong), and my Step-dad's suit and all the guys pants in the wedding party also fits perfectly!! We ordered June 5th and received them a couple of weeks ago. They were great to work with and emailed us a couple of times re: measurements that they thought might be off (including my FI shoulder measurements, which I kept the same and should have listened, lol rolleyes.gif).

 

Any questions, just ask! :)

Just noticed I'm getting married the same day as you! At the grand Bahia Principe but in Jamaica! I'm waiting until October-ish to order our suits. I'm thinking my FI will shed a few pounds between now and then.

did you measure and use the exact amount or did you add an inch or two to give some room? we did my FI suit from a different site and clearly we measured his pants wrong lol we were going for the "fitted" look and it turned out way too tight. it was hilarious! we will reorder another one this week.

lol, oh boy, I know what you mean... I should have listened to them when they emailed me saying "the shoulders seem to big" Jay's jacket looks like a space suit right now, haha, but nothing a little tailoring can't fix! :) We didn't add any extra inches, but if a measurement came to, for example 34.25"... we would just round it up to 35".

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
