Breakfast:1 cup oatmeal with skim milk and 1/2 tablespoon Splenda brown sugar
Lunch: 1 small kiwi, 1 grilled cheese sandwich made with 2 pcs lo-carb bread and 2 pcs fat free cheese
Dinner: (This is bad- we went out to eat with Jeff's sister for her birthday dinner) Chips and Salsa, Chicken Ceasar Pita and 10 french fries
Dessert: 1 piece Baklava
Might I recommend Sara Lee 100% Whole Wheat made with honey. It is 1 point for 2 slices! There are a couple of different "sara Lee Whole wheat" choices, be sure to read the label and find the one with the serving size = 2 slices (90 calories per serving).

Also, "western alternative bagels". The "alternative" part is the key. Those are one point per bagel and are YUMMY. great for snacks or even sandwiches.

BUMP

Ok, so this hasn't been an active thread for Years, but this is totally what I need. I think it is a great idea and I am hoping there are other out there that agree and maybe we can get this going again.

So I have 31 days to lose at least 4lbs (definitely doable) and would love to tone up my flabby arms for a bit for my strapless dress. Long term goal is to lose a total of 14lbs and have nice toned arms. I am doing WW and I workout at home with my treadmill, elliptical or my library of workout dvds. Last night I did P90x Kenpo x. Tonight I think I will do the treadmill for at 45minutes while I watch SATC episodes that my FI bought me.

I already lost 30 lbs as of January 2009, and kept it off until November and from then until lasy May I gained back 15lbs. I now want to get back to where I was (and lose another 5lbs) and stay there.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
