My OOT Bags are going to be drawstring backpacks that are beach worthy we will be giving to each cabin.  For the Older "kids" who are sharing a room, they will all get thier own. They will be decorated with a logo on one side and that family's last name on the other. All families with same last names will be given different color backpacks. Attached each will have a passport style welcome book with our welcome letter, cabin directory, itineraries ( wedding and optional), Bermuda Map, Fun Facts about Bermuda, Usefull places on the ship. In each have seperate clear plastic bags with wedding line tags:

In Sickness and in health:

1st aid kit

Solarcane

Tylenol

Tums

Sea Sick Meds

Chapstick

In Good Times and Bad:

Room Spray

Tide to go pen

Small CLock

Lint roller

Hairspray

Highlighter

For richer or poorer will be a card in the lanyard card holder

For as long as we both shall live

Outlet splitter

We do have kids coming on the ship with us and anyone under 14  they will each have thier own little baggie of goodies with thier name on it in the family back pack. I am having my MOH ( sister) bring those on board. Oh also on each Passport Welcome booklet the Family name and cabin # will be on the cover so we can distribute them easily once on board. Hope this helps someone out there who is lost on what to do with thier welcome bags. Also for those who are buget conscience, the cost for each bag is under $30 including the bag.

I am looking at the reusable grocery tote bags at cheaptotes.com. I know how to screen print and was thinking of printing something on the bags, but I don't necessarily want them to have to carry around our name and marriage dates. Does anyone have any cute/quirky cruise quotes/themes they are using on their oot bag items?

I've seen lots of people just do the cruise dates and the ship name, or the location

Also depending on your them you could do a play on that like "Ship's Ahoy" or "Anchors Aweigh" or "Feeling Beachy" etc

I've seen some people roll with a heart theme and do "love is all you need" or "all you need is love" (might be too girly if you have single guy cruisers)

My fi in all seriousness wants to do Harley + Heather = Awesome.....I am still fighting that battle lol

Did you have any issues with people bringing the snacks on the cruise? for some reason I thought I read somewhere that you couldn't bring food on board

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
