What are your (inexpensive) beauty miracles?

I know there is a similar thread to this, but it turns out that most girls' beauty faves are quite expensive!

 

Sooooo, what are your inexpensive beauty products (that you can get at a drug store or grocery store) that worked miracles on you?

 

I'll start:

 

Maybelline's Define-A-Lash: I have really pale, wimpy eyelashes, and this mascara makes me look like I'm wearing extensions--I have no idea how it works, but it is freakin' amazing!

 

Dove Cream Oil: I have dry skin, and this lotion actually makes my skin really soft for 24 hours--unlike the billions of other lotions that claim to do the same.

I used to be really fond of those Cover Girl pressed powder foundation compacts...but they stopped making them! Now I'm in love with Bare Escentuals Bare Minerals collection, but it's expensive lol.

I really like the Aveno Clear Complexion Cleansing Pads. I use them in the mornings before I put on my moisturizer and I really like that it's not too harsh on your skin but still exfoliates enough to make your skin soft and smooth for make up application. I like these more than the Clinique clarifying lotion.

Oooh I have another! I love the Oxy face wash. I've been using it for probably 10 years, it is the best. Keeps my skin clear and soft, I've had MUAs ask me what my beauty routine is and how I get such nice skin and they are always surprised when I tell them that all I really do is wash my face with Oxy.

I use Vaseline as lip gloss every single day ...... can't get much cheaper than that! I think I've been on the same tub for like, 4 years! Eww...that actually sounds kind of gross...but it's true!

Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque is my beauty bargin. It's only like $3/$4 and it's really good at reducing redness, shrinking pores, downsizing any inflamations, and clearing blackheads. Plus a tube should last you a while. For the price, you can't beat it!

Anyone have an opinion on Bare Essentials vs. the Maybeline version? I use the maybeline now and like it though am kinda tempted to get the BE since the brushes look nicer.
